Arizona water: In the July 19 Section A, a photo caption accompanying an article about dwindling water supplies in Arizona erred in stating that the water behind Imperial Dam is diverted, in part, to New Mexico. Imperial Dam is in the Colorado River’s Lower Basin; New Mexico’s water allocation is from the Upper Basin.
