Pilot charged: In the Jan. 25 California section, an article about an Alaska Airlines pilot facing alcohol charges said that federal law considers commercial airline pilots intoxicated if their blood-alcohol concentration is 0.10% or higher. That is the threshold in the U.S. code under which the pilot is being charged. The FAA has its own regulation that limits blood alcohol to 0.04%.

Oscar nominees: In the Jan. 21 Business section, an article about the reasons for a lack of diversity in this year’s Oscar nominees included a photo caption that identified “Straight Outta Compton” actor Corey Hawkins as his character, Dr. Dre.

HopSkipDrive: In the Jan. 26 Business section, an article about transportation services that specialize in driving children said that HopSkipDrive announced a $10.6-million funding round led by venture capital firm Firstmark Capital. The funding round was $10.2 million.
