Trump wall: In the April 27 California section, a column about discussions at Loyola Marymount University about illegal immigration said that student Diana Delgado was eligible to attend college because of the Dream Act. She was eligible because of a federal program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA.
