Book review photo: In the July 17 Arts & Books section, a photo of Theodore Roosevelt that accompanied a review of Geoffrey Cowan’s book “Let the People Rule” was credited as a file photo. It should have been credited to Harrison Engle / Signal Hill Entertainment.

Charter school study: In the Aug. 3 California section, an article about a study that found discriminatory admissions practices at 253 California charter schools said that 24 Los Angeles Unified charter schools had been flagged. Four charters approved by L.A. Unified were flagged out of 24 in Los Angeles County.
