“Three Identical Strangers”: In the Nov. 8 Envelope section, an article about the documentary “Three Identical Strangers” said the study the film’s subjects were part of was sponsored by the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services. It was sponsored by the Child Development Center, which later merged with the board.

Rent control: An article in the Nov. 8 Section A about the defeat of Proposition 10 said that the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act prohibits local governments from implementing rent controls on apartments built before 1995. The law prohibits rent controls on apartments built after 1995.
