‘Suge’ Knight hearing: In the Oct. 7 California section, an article about Marion “Suge” Knight accusing former business partner Dr. Dre of contracting to have him killed referred to a judge granting an attorney’s order to quash a subpoena. The judge granted the attorney’s motion to quash.

Video poker: In the Oct. 9 Section A, a photo with an article about Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock’s history playing video poker was identified as being of video poker machines. The photo showed slot machines.

Mnuchin flights: In the Oct. 7 Section A, an article about Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin’s use of military aircraft said Mnuchin did not meet rules regarding such travel, according to an inspector general report. The report concluded that the White House had not met the “rigorous” preapproval process to justify the need to use expensive military flights.
