Interactive: Allied Health and Science Center peppered with flaws
The health and science complex at Valley College opened in 2008 with more than 2,400 construction defects cited by architects, engineers and inspectors. Many posed fire and earthquake hazards. The prime contractor, FTR International, said it did not cause the problems.
