The Chateau des Fleurs mansion in Bel-Air will have about 40,000 square feet of habitable space, plus 20,000 more in underground parking and storage. It’s a big house, but it’s dwarfed by the nation’s largest mansion, the 175,000-square-foot Biltmore Estate in North Carolina.
