Earthquake: 3.2 quake strikes near Muscoy

A shallow magnitude 3.2 earthquake was reported Thursday afternoon three miles from Muscoy, Calif., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 4:06 p.m. Pacific time at a depth of 4.3 miles.

According to the USGS, the epicenter was three miles from Crestline, four miles from San Bernardino and five miles from Highland.

In the past 10 days, there have been three earthquakes of magnitude 3.0 or greater centered nearby.
