Living with schizophrenia
Tiffany Sitton was 8 when she told her mother that she had seen dogs in her room--menacing dogs with red eyes. Her parents dismissed the hallucination at the time, but it was a symptom of schizophrenia, which afflicts an estimated 2.5 million Americans.
