Earthquake: 3.3 temblor strikes near Hearst Castle in San Simeon

A shallow magnitude 3.3 earthquake was reported Sunday morning 22 miles from San Simeon in Central California, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 8:31 a.m. PST at a depth of 5.6 miles.

In the past 10 days, there have been four earthquakes magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
