Video: Police come to the rescue of a bear cub with a plastic jug stuck on its head
The La Verne Police Department got a rescue call like no other Saturday.
A bear cub managed to get a large plastic jug stuck on its head and was struggling to get around when police got on the scene.
One officer held the cub down and Fish and Wildlife officials gingerly removed the jug.
The operation was a success. And the cub ran into the woods.
Oh, and it was all caught on video.
