Amber Alert canceled: Infant reported missing found in Arizona
An Amber Alert was issued and then canceled hours later Wednesday after a 6-month-old girl was reported missing.
Laylani Mosley was last seen at her home about 9 a.m. with her grandmother Carolyn Ferguson, 57, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
About 7 p.m., the baby and grandmother were found in Arizona, police said.
“Ferguson has a history of mental illness and is in need of medication,” police officials said in a statement.
No additional information was released by police. A news conference is slated for later in the evening.
