El Sereno shooting leaves teen in critical condition
Police were searching for three males Monday in connection with a gang-related shooting in El Sereno that left a teenager in critical condition.
The teenager, believed to be about 14, was struck at least once in the chest about 5:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of Ithaca Avenue, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Jane Kim.
The three males fled on the scene on foot, Kim said.
No further details were immediately available.
