(Since completing prescribed physical therapy in April 2012, I have continued physical training sessions once a week with the same therapist who conducted my physical therapy. About 5% of each visit is devoted to hands-on physical therapy to continue trying to loosen my right torso and neck -- after-effects of the fracturing of my right ribs. According to my therapist/trainer, my neck rotation, looking over my right shoulder, continues to lag about 15% compared to the left side of my body. In addition to the physical therapy, much of the exercise I do is focused on regaining flexibility in -- and strengthening -- the injured part of my body. 10% of the exercise time can be attributed. 10% + 5% = 15% of the total cost.)
As at physical training sessions, 10% of each gym visit is devoted to regaining flexibility in -- and strengthening -- my core, the injured part of my body.
