The 33-year-old daughter of a San Francisco porn mogul slain by his brother in 1991 is being sought in an identity theft case and for allegedly ramming her Mercedes into an unmarked police car.

Jasmine Mitchell rammed her Mercedes into an unmarked police vehicle and another parked car last week as investigators were searching an apartment, according to Sgt. Michael Raasch of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department.

Investigators said they discovered a large-scale identity theft and credit operation inside the apartment, where Mitchell was reportedly staying.

Mitchell is the daughter of Artie Mitchell, who along with his brother, Jim Mitchell, famously ran O’Farrell Theatre, a controversial striptease club that opened up as an X-rated movie theater in 1969.

But a feud between the brothers came to a head in 1991, when Artie Mitchell was shot and killed by his brother during a dispute.

In 2009, Jim Mitchell’s son, James Mitchell, was sentenced to 39 years in prison for reportedly killing his daughter’s mother with a baseball bat, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Jasmine Mitchell reportedly had an outstanding warrant for identity theft in Sonoma County.
