Reader photo: Band-tailed pigeons in Pasadena
Kathy Degner photographed this band-tailed pigeon and its scene-stealing companion in her backyard in Pasadena on March 25. Degner is a fan of these birds, and as many as 15 have visited her small patio, she said. She used a Canon EOS 7D.
