Rialto boy, 12, accused of molesting 3-year-old relative
A 12-year-old Rialto boy has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 3-year-old relative in Redlands, officials said.
The boy was visiting family in Redlands on June 6 when he allegedly molested the girl, said Carl Baker, a city of Redlands spokesman. The boy, who was not identified because of his age, was arrested the next day.
Few details have been released about the incident as police continue to investigate.
Redlands police were working with another law enforcement agency to identify other potential victims, Baker said.
Baker declined to say where any potential victims live because it’s an ongoing investigation.
