A man was arrested Friday after allegedly jumping the fence at Selena Gomez’s Calabasas home, Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said.

The man was not immediately identified, but was seen being handcuffed and led away by deputies.

The arrest came two days after a homeless man found in the performer’s guest house bathroom on March 30 was convicted of trespassing and sentenced to 45 days in jail. That man, 20-year-old Che Cruz, was released from jail early Friday.

Cruz pleaded no contest in his initial court appearance to one misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house, said L.A. County Deputy Dist. Atty. Eduards Abele.

In addition to his jail term and three years of probation, Abele said the judge ordered Cruz to stay away from Gomez and her residence. He was also prohibited from possessing any weapons.

Cruz reportedly knocked on the front door of Gomez’s home before going around the back of the property and entering the guest house. He was found by security guards who responded to the property.
