Charlie Benimoff happened on a group of students walking beneath a freeway overpass in Boyle Heights on Feb. 11.
“It was originally the skyline view that caught my eye,” he said. “I liked how it was partially concealed behind all the infrastructure. Those three kids just happened to walk by at exactly the right moment.”
