A 27-year-old Allentown man is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl multiple times in recent months in the basement of an Easton barber shop, according to court records.

Jacob E. Graves, of the 200 block of N. Railroad Street in Allentown, is charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with someone under 16, aggravated indecent assault of someone under 16 and indecent assault of someone under 16. Graves was arrested Friday morning and sent to Northampton County Prison under $200,000 bail.

Easton police said the father of the 15-year-old girl reporting finding nude photos on her cellphone that the father believed she sent to Graves. Graves was listed in the phone, and on social media, as "Rasadek Brown," according to police.

Investigators were able to determine that there were sexual messages sent between the two over cellphones and Facebook pages, police said. Police said in at least one Facebook message the girl told Graves she was 15-years-old.

The girl told police that she and "Rasadek Brown" had been dating about two or three weeks before she ran away from home in September, according to court records. She told investigators that Graves worked at a barber shop on Northampton Street in Easton, near the Paxinosa Elementary School, police said. She said she and Graves had sex about five times, including three occasions in the basement of the barber shop where he was employed, according to court records.
