PITTSBURGH (AP) — The National Weather Service has issued rain, snow and wind figures for the recent storm that swept across the state.
As of 11 a.m. Wednesday Hanover had gotten the most rain, with 8.15 inches. Schellsburg, in the central part of the state, was next at 7.94 inches. West Chester, near Philadelphia, received 5.96 inches of rain.
Champion, in the southwestern highlands, got 13 inches of snow, while nearby Laurel Summit got 10 inches.
That was a fraction of Gatlinburg, Tenn., which recorded 34 inches of snow.
