Cleaning up Kalmbach Memorial Park

Trees silhouetted by a March sun create a glare through the camera's lens at Kalmbach Memorial Park in Macungie. 117 historic tree were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The trees were planted by the parks founder Frederick Kalmbach, Sr. who planted the trees to resemble the Black Forest of his homeland Germany.
