One of the vehicles involved in a multi-injury accident awaits towing, after a driver ran a red light at Sixth and Gordon streets Sunday morning, police said. Lester Rosado, 25, of Allentown will be cited for driving without a license and a red-light violation because of the two-car wreck, and he could also face further charges, said police Capt. Daryl Hendricks. Rosado was driving north on Sixth Street about 9 a.m. when he hit an eastbound vehicle that had the green light, Hendricks said. In the other vehicle, a 9-year-old boy suffered a cut to his head. The child and his mother, Sonya Villegas, 38, of Allentown were taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital at 17th and Chew streets, Hendricks said. Rosado¿s passenger also had minor injuries, Hendricks said. Rosemary Aponte, 20, of Allentown went to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
