( DOUGLAS KILPATRICK / SPECIAL TO THE MORNING CALL / February 4, 2013 ) Linny Fowler, of Bethlehem, a major contributor to the SteelStacks project, signs her name on the final steel beam topping off the New ArtsQuest center on the former Bethlehem Steel site on Thursday. ArtsQuest held a ceremony marking the completion of the structural steel portion of the new building. They also announced 2 new major corporate sponsors for the project. Yuengling brewing will sponsor the Musikfest cafe and C.F. Martin will sponsor the Musikfest cafe lobby, as well as major contributions to the project. A new Octoberfest festival was also announced.
