( APRIL BARTHOLOMEW / THE MORNING CALL / June 22, 2012 ) People walk during the 24-hour Whitehall-Coplay Relay for Life on Friday afternoon. The walk this year is held in memory of Hannah Bankos, a Whitehall junior who died in February after battling leukemia. Eberhart Motors donated a car during the event to be filled with donated paper products, such as paper towels, toilet paper and more that will be given to Hope Lodge, a residence in Cheltenham where cancer patients and their caregivers can stay while in the area for treatment. |
