New Years Eve scuba diving

View from below at Dutch Springs in Lower Nazareth Township where 100 scuba divers ended 2012 on Monday with a dive. Every New Year¿s Eve, while other people are chilling champagne, Kearns, his father Peter Kearns and friend Bill Lerch chill themselves. They, along with about 100 other divers, slip beneath the water at Dutch Springs in scuba suits, masks and heavy oxygen tanks. Thirty minutes later, they emerge, towel off and head for a nearby picnic pavilion, where they transform from chilly divers to chili divers. They warm up with bowls of hot chili and booze.
