Death and taxes

Walter David said he was dismayed to see Scranton in such dire financial straits. It just confirms the old adage, he said: Nothing is certain in life but death and taxes. David, whose grandmother lived to 102, says it's the taxes that seem more threatening than death, for now. And he's 95.
