Virgin Mary in glass

Some saw the image of the Virgin Mary in the windows of an office building in Clearwater, Fla., in 1996. Hundreds of thousands flocked to see the sight. Glass experts believed the image was created by a chemical reaction and corrosion of the metallic elements in the glass coating, but they could not explain why it took the shape it did.
