Jay Z is gearing up for a get-out-the-vote concert in Ohio ahead of the Nov. 8 presidential election, a Clinton campaign aide has confirmed.

The rapper would be targeting his message to black voters in the state with the idea of mobilizing Democratic voters on election day.

The event will take place Nov. 4 in Cleveland at a venue still to be identified, according to a statement issued by the campaign for Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Election analysts have said that strong turnout among black voters in Ohio would strongly benefit Clinton’s presidential campaign against Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Elsewhere, Katy Perry, who sang at the Democratic National Convention in July, is set to rally Clinton supporters in another battleground state, Pennsylvania. The singer will perform at a free concert in Philadelphia on Nov. 5, while Jon Bon Jovi will headline similar shows on Thursday in Pittsburgh and Nov. 5 in Tampa, Fla., with Jennifer Lopez slated to stump for Clinton on Saturday in Miami.

Tickets for Jay Z’s show will be distributed first-come, first-served near the Cuyahoga County Board of elections at 3030 Euclid Avenue from Friday, Oct. 28 to Sunday, Oct. 30, and beginning on Monday, Oct. 31 at Hillary for Ohio campaign offices.
