Most skaters don’t exactly play it boring or conservative. Classy sometimes, yes, but other costumes probably make you wonder whether the athletes borrowed their outfits from a bad – yet flashy – high school play.
Join us Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. PST for a chat about some of the good, the bad and the ridiculous when it comes to figure skating fashion at this Olympics. Nick Verreos, co-creator of the clothing line Nikolaki and a contestant on Season 2 of “Project Runway,” will be offering his critiques, and I’ll even be busting out some of my outfits from when I competed as a figure skater.
