BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Heavy rain over the weekend set records in North Dakota.
Rain is continuing to fall, and the weather service has posted a flood watch for western and central North Dakota through Monday night. There is the potential for overland flooding and rises in some creeks and rivers.
Water remains on Interstate 94 near Jamestown, and traffic speeds are reduced. The water swept two semitrailers off the road on Sunday. No injuries were reported.
