Gov. Timothy M. Kaine has appointed a Culpeper woman to a four-year term on the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation Board of Trustees, officials said Wednesday.

Constance R. Kincheloe will succeed Laura R. Wright of Richmond for the seat on the board.

Kincheloe's term will end in June 2013.

The foundation is a state agency based in Williamsburg that administers Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center history museums, in addition to conducting outreach education in public schools across Virginia.

Kaine reappointed Stuart W. Connock of Richmond and Shirley "Little Dove" Custalow-McGowan of West Point to the board for four-year terms.
