A plea agreement hearing set for Thursday for one of Michael Vick's co-defendants has been rescheduled for Friday.

The hearing for Purnell A. Peace, 35, of Virginia Beach, has been rescheduled for 9:15 a.m. Friday, after the 9 a.m. hearing of co-defendant Quanis L. Phillips, 28, of Atlanta. Both hearings are before U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson in Richmond.

A third co-defendant, Tony Taylor, 34, of Hampton, already pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge related to dogfighting on property in Surry County. If Peace and Phillips plead guilty, Vick, a Newport News native and Atlanta Falcons quarterback, would be the only one facing trial Nov. 26.
