The eleventh hour refers to accomplishing something at the latest possible minute. It is often used in reference to political decisions such as the agreement in August by Congress on the debt ceiling. In 2007, Leonardo DiCaprio (pictured) created, produced and narrated the documentary film "The 11th Hour" on a subject close to his heart: the state of the natural environment.
