Alleged serial flasher pleads not guilty in Orange County
He’s been accused of nearly 100 cases of indecent exposure since being arrested for standing naked in front of a Tustin woman’s window.
A man linked to nearly 100 cases of indecent exposure around Orange County pleaded not guilty Monday, authorities said.
Christopher Holden Fenn, 45, of Mission Viejo was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of standing naked in front of a Tustin’s woman’s apartment window. He was arraigned on two felony counts in that case, released on $200,000 bail and ordered to wear a GPS tracking device.
Fenn, an insurance underwriter and father of four, has since been accused of exposing himself to nearly 100 adult women and four minors since July 2005.
He has been charged with 24 felony and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, aggravated assault and child annoyance, to which he pleaded not guilty on Monday.
