Thursday night it was all about the party. Friday it's all about settling in for Game Seven.
"I'm still trying to support the Rockets," said Rockets Fan Fransisco Sanchez.
We found Sanchez at Toyota Center where the win last night was sweet. There's proof at places like Desert Gallery in Sugar Land. A Rocket cake is available, and so are cookies.
Remember that Red Blazer Aaron Brooks wore last weekend? They are now available in the Rockets team store for $275 .They sold five Thursday night.
"We really didn't expect this," said team spokesperson Nelson Luis.
On the Rockets official Wiki site, fans contribute content and the site has had more than 200,000 hits since February. The Dream Shake blog, started by two fans, has had nearly 500,000 hits since October.
"We used to average 5,000 hits a day now it's about 10,000," said blog co-founder David Clark.
We all know about Angel Garza by now. The 12-year-old was sent home from school this week because of his Ron Artest haircut. Last night Artest gave Angel tickets for game 6. He went home with some signed shoes, big shoes and big memories.
