Los Angeles Firefighter Kevin Nagel, left, and Capt. Alan Barrios were the first on the scene of the Metrolink train crash Friday. After seeing the wreckage, Barrios, with 32 years of experience in the business, radioed for every heavy search-and-rescue unit in the city.
