Boy, 17, fatally shot in Hollywood
A 17-year-old boy riding a bicycle was shot in Hollywood about noon today and died later at the hospital, police said.
The boy was shot in the head near Clinton Street and Norton Avenue, said Officer Karen Smith, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department. The shooting appears to be gang related, she said.
No arrests have been made, Smith said.
