1.
they should be all fired , again the serve and protect force, the united states police, have some kind of power ,were they can bully and use military tactes on simple civilians, common sense cant be used when detaining simple civilian ,all they see is shoot first ask question later, example look at the homeless man hes dead now .....and many more people have drama tize by we protect and serve gang members....
2. Illegal immigrants have more rights than American citizens. Just vote for Obama and watch your American rights dissolve in front of your eyes. McCAIN-PALIN in November. Protect the American way of life. Protect your children. Protect yourself.
3. Bratton was MIA that day to shield himself from a predictable controversy.I've seen law enforcement command staff do this many times to avoid and duck responsibility at critical incidents.Shrewd but cowardly and certainly not leadership.
4. The only black eye for the dept was that our illustrious comman staff threw us under a bus that day then wanted to shake hands a few days later. I think not. News flash guys, these cats dont want to be policed. And this consent decree has made it all but impossible to do our jobs. Crime is up? Too bad. U want proactive police work done, stop punishing us for doing our jobs.
5. I am so sick of the LAPD crying about not being able to hire enough new officers. Then stop preventing them from doing their jobs. When you are at a demonstration and the protesters start throwing bottles and rocks then you get the heck out of there or you are going to get pushed back and forced to leave. Well I guess it's o.k. for the public/media to break the law and then the police aren't supossed to do anything about it. We need a Chief who backs his officers and doesn't use them as his political pawns for his own agenda. The job of being a LAPD officer is hard enough without having to fight your own Chief constantly.
6. I guess its o.k. to throw rocks and bottles at people that have different viewpoints than you and get away with it. It is also o.k. to totally disregard and disrespect authority. It is also alright to do do all this, act smug and get people fired from their jobs. One day Los Angeles will be controlled by anarchists.
7. how are they going to protect us, if they are always worried of people complaining
8. The chief of Police selling out the rank and file again. The city is worries about the 331 lawsuites filed by the public. They might aswell add 4 more lawsuits if the officers are fired. That is how they are trained. Nobody gets more training then metro. They(LAPD) changed their policy only after May Day. Who is at fault? The Officers or the department.
9. OK, here we go again. We have illegals, we have people, including the press who can not do what they are told. As far as I am concerned, if you do not move when told, you deserve what you get. Abusive cops? There can be, but when you have massive crowds like this an officer can not place his or her life in danger when people fail to respond to commands. Get the illegals out of here, they should have no rights, except for the right to get deported and to pay back what they took from the good citizens of this country.
10. Sounds like Bratton is up to his old tricks! Like he did in NY when an incident went bad he scape goated the rank and file cops involved. Let no one be fooled here, The officers involved did not make a move on the demonstrators on their own they were ordered to be at the demonstration and were ordered to take action as they were trained by the LAPD!
