Photos: New gates at the Tom Bradley International Terminal
Airport and airline officials unveil the first three aircraft gates at the new Tom Bradley International Terminal. These are the first of 18 gates to be built at the terminal, and nine of them will accommodate larger aircraft such as the Airbus A-380 super jumbo and the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental.

A man makes his way through the new north concourse of the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport. The gates are the first of 18 to be built. Two of the gates, which were unveiled Wednesday, can accommodate the larger new-generation aircraft, such as the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental and Airbus A-380 super jumbo jets.
