  • What a great program. Thank you to the doctor who provided this free service. There are so many now in the military who have these tatoos during their rebellious younger years who probably regret now.

  • I am very happy to read about removing tattoos. Bryna you really deserve a medal for doing all this for the youngsters. Since they do not want the tattos anymore I suppose their life has changed, and it's great that you are removing the past they choose at that time. GOD BLESS YOU.

  • AND YES..WE DO CARE! WE SHOULD. ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO GO THROUGH THE PAINFUL REMOVAL OF TATTOO'S IS SOMEONE THAT IS GOING TO TRY AND BE A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY. OUR SOCIETY!! INSTEAD OF BEING ANOTHER STATISTIC WITHIN OUR OVERCROWDED PRISON SYSTEMS. ALL OF YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE, AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING BRING CHANGE TO OUR COMMUNITIES!!

  • THESE DOCTOR'S SAVED ME FROM A LIFE I WANTED TO LEAVE BEHIND...A LIFE THAT WAS NO GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. I WENT TO THEM FOR HELP, TO REMOVE THE SCARS THEY CALLED TATTOO'S. NOT ART! THIS PROGRAM IS FOR THOSE OF US WHO MADE BAD CHOICES AT A YOUNG AGE, WITHOUT CONSIDERATION. NOT ALL TATTOO'S CAN JUST BE "COVERED UP"! THEY ARE A CONSTANT REMINDER OF MEMORIES WE BEG TO FORGET!! DON'T GET ME WRONG THOUGH...I THINK TATTOO'S CAN BE VERY ARTISTIC...BUT NOT THESE ONE'S THEY ARE ERASING. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS VOLUNTEERED FOR THIS PROGRAM ALL THESE YEARS...MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT!!!!!

  • Great article, but it didn't provide any way to contact the program. I work with people who are rebuilding their lives and occasionally I get asked about tatoo removal, but I don't have a referral list to give them. I would appreciate getting more info to pass on to interested people.

  • Good story. Yes, there are art tattoos -- but that's not what these folks had. Let them have a chance at change. And thanks to the wonderful doctor who's helping them!

    God Bless You 2! @ 11:06 AM PST, Nov 14, 2008

  • The "My Crazy Life" or "Mi Vida Loca" explanation of the three dots tattoo is a common cover story for the fact that it is used my the Mexican Mafia prison gang and the "Sureno" criminal street gangs that pay them tribute and commit criminal acts at their behest.
