17-year-old shot near Los Angeles High School
Police say the shooting occurred near Olympic and Plymouth boulevards, and several juveniles were immediately detained.
A 17-year-old boy was shot near Los Angeles High School this afternoon, police said.
The Mid-City shooting occurred at 2:47 p.m. near Olympic and Plymouth boulevards at 2:47 p.m., said Los Angeles Police Department officials.
Several juveniles were detained immediately after the shooting, they said.
