What a fortunate person I am to have had the opportunity to work for such a genuinely humble man who played such an instrumental role in teaching us how to appreciate one of God's greatest gifts - the juice from that delicious berry. From you, I learned to love wine and everything about it - from the soil to the cork, and how to make it a healthy part of my everyday life. My deepest thoughts are with Margrit, Michael, Tim, Marcia and the many grandchildren at this time. Thank you "Mister" for all that you shared! Your spirit will forever live on in las vinas!

God Bless Robert Mondavi. My condolences to his family. Mr. Mondavi's vision, hard work and strong commitment to quality and style of life has been an inspiration to me for many years. I had the pleasure of meeting him in the 1980's and was beyond impressed with a true gentleman and caring individual.
