Jacek Wysocki died when a Metrolink train struck his truck at the Buena Vista intersection on Jan. 6, 2003. A passenger on the train also died. Three years later Maureen Osborn was killed at the same crossing. Her car, right, was dragged a third of a mile before the train could stop.
