I actually heard about Emery from an article in the march 08 national geographic magazine and then read the LA Times article. Man, its so sad what happened to him. I hope everybody reads that article and realize that there are consequences to every action. I'm sure those guys weren't trying to kill him but what do you expect is going to happen when you're beating somebody down?
