Plain and simple...people just need to learn how to drive and also how to load and unload trailers! If you dont, then maybe you should ask or have someone move for you!

Re 381 - Where are the investigations of her faulty seatbelt? If she was in fact wearing a seatbelt - it obvously failed. Shouldn't the family be suing them too?

NO ONE LOOKS AT PENSKE OR BUDGETS BREAKDOWN S THEY JUST PICK ON UHAUL.THE ONLY STORIES TALKED ABOUT ARE THE BAD I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ALL WHO HAVE RENTED AND HAD NO PROBLEMS TO COMMENT THEN WE CAN GET A REAL PERSPECTIVE.

I currently work for a competitor and it is truly sad to see how Uhaul runs so unethically. How can you live with yourselves to rent such a dangerous, filthy truck to people -would you let your family members drive these? I think not.

I have used U-Haul twice in the past year (one trailer, one truck) with absolutely no problems. We received courteous workers at both ends of the moves, the pricing was very fair, and we had no issues with the equipment.

I work for Penske Truck Rental and EVERY weekend we get calls from U-haul victims who reserved with them and do not have a truck with their reservations. That is considerd false advertisement and they should be sued by each and every customer who is left without a truck on moving day.
