Nyishi tribes people attend a medical camp organized by the Five Mountain Division of the Indian Army in the remote East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh in northeast India. Disease has ravaged the district's tribes, which lack medical facilities, and rugged terrains make transport and communication extremely difficult. There are few surface roads, which remain cut off during summer seasons because of floods and landslides.
