Baghdad car bomb

U.S. troops stand in a cordoned-off area littered with debris after a car bombing and a suicide attack near a police academy in Baghdad. Officials said 20 people were killed. Elsewhere in Iraq, police said a suicide bomber killed 14 people when he drove his vehicle into a U.S.-Iraqi patrol in Mosul, north of Baghdad.
