Mexico arrested Jose Antonio Torres Marrufo, the reputed enforcer for the Sinaloa drug cartel.

Mexican police said Jose Antonio Torres Marrufo was wanted in connection with numerous crimes,  including murder, extortion, kidnapping and the sale and distribution of drugs.
